After 18 years of corporate life as a People Experience professional and being pulled into a God-ordained calling of faith-based Growth Mindset life coaching and teaching, her life has taken on a whole new meaning. She’s the eldest of three, daughter to parents whose vocations are in education and ministry, respectively. She’s also a proud aunt of two nieces and a nephew. However, the Lord completely stripped her of what she once knew and trained her to serve Him and His people.

Elton Pullen is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and holds a PhD in Accounting Education. He is passionate about all things teaching and learning, and is deeply inspired by the life and example of Jesus Christ — whom he believes to be the smartest man and greatest teacher to have ever walked the earth.
Since 2012, Elton has served as a lecturer in accounting and finance at the University of the Western Cape, Cape Town, South Africa, where he continues to shape and inspire the next generation of Chartered Accountants. He is also the founder and managing director of Eli Accounting Training Solutions, a company he co-founded with his wife Alexis in honour of their stillborn son, Eli, whom they lost in 2016. The company exists to simplify the often unnecessarily complex world of finance and empower entrepreneurs, households, churches, and communities to become financially literate — guided by biblical principles.
Elton is also a shareholder and part of the professional team at Endunamoo Professional Course, a fully BEE-owned company that prepares aspiring Chartered Accountants for the final South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) board exam, the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Elton is a man committed to living an impactful life — not just professionally, but personally and spiritually. He is a devoted husband to Alexis, and a proud father to their two “little giants,” Judah and Asher. He cherishes quality time with his family, cheering his sons on from the sidelines, and holidaying together whenever possible.
Above all, Elton is deeply humbled to be chosen and used by God — not because of merit, but because of grace. His life’s mission is to honour Christ in every platform he’s been entrusted with, especially in the spheres of education and finance.
